about

An old Hotknives song from the 80s (AKA Dave's Song).
Re-recorded & revamped

lyrics

Walking round familiar places
Same old people pass me by
I can not see their faces
I can only wonder why

Don't blame me
Or the man in the bar
The one that drives a big black car
Pay the price
Now your walking on ice
I love you just the way you are

Went and got myself a paper
Same old news comes to mind
Another bomb, another raper
Another heart just left behind

Don't blame me
Or the man in the bar
The one that drives a big black car
You pay the price
Now your breaking the ice
I love you just the way you are

Don't blame me
Or the man in the bar
The one that drives a big black car
You named a price
Now your breaking the ice
I love you just the way you are
